Daniel Hendricks is mentioned as owning land on Kesia River in 1727. He had died by 1741. Daniel Hendricks, Hannah Hendricks, two of his children, were named administrators of his estate in 1741.

1721 Grant: Proprietors to Martin Croman, 400 A on westside of Cashie River joining Herrin Creek, Mr Smithwick and the river.
23 June 1724 Bertie co A-291 Martin Cromen, Bertie Precinct, to John Van Pelt, New York, 35 lbs 200 A in Cashie Neck on northside of Herrin Creek – by Power of Attorney…/s/ William Charlton, Attorney for Martin Cromen. [this is the only 200 A tract on Herrin Creek that cannot be traced forward – and Daniel Hendricks, Sr had a 200 A tract on Herrin Creek that we have not yet been able to trace back. Were they the same tract?? There are numerous similarities in family naming pattern between Daniel Hendricks, Sr here and the New England-New Jersey Hendricks [the given name Jabesh is the prime example.]
